Throughout my 20 years in education and in my 8 years as a school administrator, I’ve learned that the heart of any great school/community is its people. I value transparency, honest conversations, and a team-first mindset. That is also why I believe in the power of collaboration and in leading with empathy. Whether I’m meeting with a student, working with staff, or talking with parents, my goal is always the same: to listen, support, and work towards building trusting relationships that help our entire community thrive. I’m very proud and grateful to be part of a school district that shares the same values and focuses on what matters most- the well-being and success of every student.
As a lifelong learner with a passion for athletics, art, literature and technology, I’m constantly looking for ways to grow together and enjoy the learning experience. You will see me in the classroom and the lunchroom, on the sidelines, walking the halls, or at an event, because being present and approachable is key to building these all-important relationships. I may tell a dad joke or two while I’m at it!
